*What do you think being a moderator means? (The longer the better.) A staff member is there to make the server a fun playable experience for players. They're on the server to enforce the rules and help create a safe environment for players. Also to be a moderator isn't to strictly enforce the rules but really it is to be understanding and helpful to the players instead of dashing out instant punishments, Its to have the maturity and respect for a community and not just be there for the rank, it means you have to go through the effort of endless shouting and still be the friendly and understanding person you are, Not only do you enforce the rules and make a safe environment you also teach the players hard to understand aspects of the games and make sure they are getting the fullest experience, Finally it means that you have to go through the effort of not only moderating the server but supporting the developers and owners and point out problems which need fixing quick so other players can have the best experience that they can't get on other City RP servers.

*Why do you want to become a moderator? (The longer the better.): I have carefully observed this server and seen how effective the owners have dealt with problems like abuse and incompetent staff and I believe that the owners are competent enough to keep a thriving server, I also believe that I can support the players due to my many years of Gmod, I have been high ranks in many departments and kept them until I retired I believe that if I work with the Staff Team I can be a useful asset to you guys and make sure that this server grows and will become a fan favourite. Gmod has always been one of my favourite games and you can tell by my 2100 hours, I would honestly love to be a moderator on this server as not only the moderation team can not only do their jobs but have a fun time as well but I read the messages on the chat and know that the owners are hard-working and understanding and instead of becoming a moderator on large servers like Civant Gaming or Gaminglight I would rather help a small server like yours grow and enjoy to watch it grow and prosper.
